Mrs.M,54 yo, ( private patient)

 

 

Oct 2008 RSCM 

 

Patient was underwent laparatomy ovarian carcinoma , with dx post op : ovarian carcinoma stage II , with left ureter laceration

 

July 2009

 

Dj-stent was inserted, and got chemotherapy carbosin and Doxetaxel six series

 

2010

 

Patient was underwent ureter implant at Singapore

 

2011

 

Tumor was found at implant ureter, Ca 12 : 155 (increasing)

 

July 2011-Nov 2011

 

DJ stent was inserted at  Singapore and got Chemotherapy AP (Adryamycin and Cysplatin)

 

January 2012

 

Tumour was shrinkage, ca 125 :32

 

Early of April 2012

 

Tumour was shrinkage, ca 125 :24, she drank herbal and felt pain in the left lower abdomen

 

MSCT : t

·        here was a mass 32x49x48 mm, mass at keft ureter distal

·        at the liver, there was metastasis mass 49x37x37 mm and diameter 67x53x49 mm

 

Patient got oxaloplatin and Gemcitabin (6 series), after 2^nd series of chemo, the pain was disapear

 

July 6^th 2012- October 2012

 

MRI: there was mass in liver, a little bit shrinkage and mass at the left adnexa was stable

 

Assessment :

Recurrens Ovarian Carcinoma (stage II) , already treated with 3 regimens of chemotherapy, partial respons

 

Discussion in CC about next treatment :

·        non specific therapy

·        dose dense chemotherapy

·        TACI
