Ny. R., 32 tahun
post CS and extended Histerectomy (Cervix Ca st I B2)
Chief complaint: hard to breath and fever. 

History of complaint:
26-9-2009 : referred by abdul muluk hospital with cervix ca IIA

11-09 : G2P1,23-24 weeks .with diagnosis cervical polyp with susp malignancy dd infected mioma geburt

2-11-09 :   Case conference

            •Pregnancy termination on 35 weeks G.A
            •SC + radikal histerectomy
            •NAC BEP/PVB 3 series

             21 November 2009: advise Dr. dr. Laila Nurrana, SpOG (K)
                               uterine contraction (-) PVB ¾ doses

•PA: cervix biopsi reveal epithelia tumor with papiler and glandular type covered by columnar ephitelium stratified, pleiomorfic, hiperchromatic, vacuolization cytoplasm with mucin. Stromal full of inflammation, group of infiltrating tumor in the stromal.LVIM (-).
•conclusion: endocervix adenocarcinoma musinosum type  moderate differensiation
•Undetectable HPV-DNA (high risk type)
•Sitologi urineà inconclusif, sel atipik
•cor & pulmo wnl, No metastasis

•USG FM:
Head presentation, DBP 70 mm, AC 210 mm, TBJ 970 gr, FL 49 mm 27 weeks GA and oligohidramnion
Fetal anomamil: anable to detect due o sever oligohydramnion.
SDAU 2,0~ 27 weeks, IU Fetal Growth restriction (fetal birth weight increasing slowly - 100 gr in 2 weeks. severe oligohydramnion.
