Mrs. D, 64 years old, private patient

 

Condyloma accuminata recurrence after podophylin treatment and total hysterectomy.

 

 

History

Patient  had been suffered of condyloma at cervix since 6 years ago, and treated with podophyllin.

 

June 25^th 2011

Patient was performed total hysterectomy ( Dharmais Hospital), perioperative, the abscess was occurred.

One month after the surgery, patient complained of spotting and mild pelvic pain until now.

 

Clinical Examination :

Io : mass at vaginal stump and extend to the vagina , measuring 3x3x1.5 cm
